Refund Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
30-day money-back guarantee
QuorumCast is operated by Open Concepts. If you are not satisfied with your QuorumCast subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
Renewals
For subscription renewals (for example, a yearly plan that renews automatically), you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge if the plan has not been used in that renewal period. We may pro-rate refunds for renewals that have been substantially used.
How to request a refund
Our online reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases is Paddle.com. Refunds are issued by Paddle.
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to view your orders and request a refund.
- Or contact us at goquorumcast@gmail.com with your order details and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, but typically take 5–10 business days after Paddle approves the refund.
Cancelling to stop future renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal inside QuorumCast. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund for the current period — if you also want a refund, request one following the steps above.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country. Payment mechanics, including chargebacks and statutory refund rights, are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy.
